Job Description:

The Assistant Training Manager for CAIT will manage the Apprentice Program for World’s top IT Company. He/she will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing effective training programs in an online learning environment. This role focuses on the development and execution of online training initiatives that align with the organization's goals, ensuring that employees or learners acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:
  1. Conduct live virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops for employees or learners across different levels and departments.
  1. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  1. Continuously improve training methodologies based on learner feedback and industry best practices.
  • Training Needs Analysis:
  1. Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization through surveys, performance data, and collaboration with department heads.
  1. Develop training plans that address specific learning needs and support employee career development.
  • Training Coordination:
  1. Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of online training programs.
  1. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize specialized training programs, workshops, or certifications.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  1. Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
  1. Maintain training records and documentation for compliance purposes.
  1. Regularly audit training materials for accuracy and relevance.
  • Curriculum Development:
  1. Create engaging and interactive learning content, including videos, presentations, quizzes, and other multimedia elements.
  1. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
  1. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) for online training delivery.
  1. Oversee user accounts, course enrolments, and track learners' progress and performance.
  1. Manage and Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate to the LMS and online learning platforms.
  • Professional Development:
  1. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in online learning and instructional design.
  1. Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences related to training and development.
  • Team Management:
  1. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Training coordinators, trainers, and support staff.
  1. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering online training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learning trends.
  • Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
