Your tasks:
- Familiar with Aerospace & defence eco system in South India and experience in handling key accounts, namely DROD Labs, Space-ISRO and prime contractors
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all product categories offered within specified timelines.
- Familiar with Aerospace & defence eco system in South India and experience in handling key accounts, namely DROD Labs, Space-ISRO and prime contractors
- Possess strong RF/Microwave test & measurement knowledge and should be able to arrange & engage customers independently.
- Job role required developing and implementing account plans of Strategic customers with actions and timelinessto achieve defined sales objectives.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to meet potential buyer’s requirements with correct & cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to engage and build strong relationships with all stake holders
- Sound knowledge of Radar/EW and Satellite, MILCOM/Avionicsis highly preferred
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an-as needed basis
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master in Electronics Engineering & Communications / RF & Microwave or equivalent course of studies from reputed institute/university.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of field sales & business development.
- Excellent communication written & oral, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and any CRM tools/ Sales Funnel management.
- Open to work in a time bound, result oriented development schedules.
- High Personal Integrity & Ownership attitude
- Ability to travel and engage customers on regular basis
