Responsibilities

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies

 Lead zonal sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.

 Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts

 Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.

 Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

 Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

 Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs

 Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

 Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

 Report to the CBO.

Job Requirements

 Overall experience of minimum 10+ years in software solution selling.

 5+ years’ experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions will be highly preferable.

 Experience in creating and managing channel sales.

 Experience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.

 Experience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.

 Experience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.

 Strong communication and team management skills

 Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.

 Availability to travel all over the assigned territory.

 Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field

 Language preference – English, Hindi, and one local language
