Job Description:

As a Post Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and satisfying experience after their purchase. Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, problem resolution, and building long-term relationships with our valued clients.

Customer Support is the single most important function at go4WorldBusiness. We have a vibrant and dynamic team of Support Agents who work round the clock to answer customer queries and provide a quick resolution to all customer complaints.We are currently looking for experienced support personnel to join our growing team of agents who use emails, live chat, and phone support to help users find success using go4WorldBusiness. The ideal candidate will have a support-oriented, pleasing personality who has excellent command over English and who knows how to deal with difficult situations and yet come out making the customer feel like a million dollars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the relevant teams to implement necessary changes.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and revenue.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar post-sales or customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
