    We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement advanced AI models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems, extract actionable insights, and drive innovation. If you are passionate about AI and have hands-on experience with ML frameworks and data pipelines, we’d like to meet you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Model Development:

      • Design, build, and deploy Generative AI models for text, image, or data generation tasks.
      • Develop supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
      • Implement and fine-tune NLP models using transformers (BERT, GPT, etc.) for sentiment analysis, text classification, and summarization tasks.

    2. Data Analysis & Preparation:

      • Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
      • Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
      • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights.

    3. Machine Learning Operations (MLOps):

      • Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Amazon SageMaker.
      • Implement CI/CD pipelines for machine learning using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

    4. Generative AI:

      • Design and implement GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) and variational autoencoders for data generation tasks.
      • Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) using Hugging Face Transformers or OpenAI API.

    5. Performance Optimization:

      • Optimize algorithms for scalability and efficiency.
      • Monitor model performance using metrics like precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC.

    6. Collaboration & Reporting:

      • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals.
      • Present findings and insights through data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly.

    Key Requirements:

    • Education:

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

    • Experience:

      • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI.
      • Proven experience with Generative AI models and deep learning architectures.

    • Technical Skills:

      • Proficient in Python, for data analysis and model development.
      • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms (Regression, SVM, Random Forest, XGBoost, etc.).
      • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-Learn.
      • Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL.
      • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for model deployment.
      • Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks.

    • Soft Skills:

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
      • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
