Job Description:
HR Digitization:
• Evaluate existing HR processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and optimize through HR automation
• Collaborate with critical stakeholders from Digital, Implementation partner, HR COE and Business HR teams to implement the identified HR solution
• Responsible for coordinating the entire HR project lifecycle along with HR COE project lead – Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, finalizing scope of work document, Coordinating with Implementation partner, UAT, LIVE testing, Go-Live, Create dashboards and Reports, parallel run, Conducting train the trainer sessions.
• Partner with Implementation partner to create User Manuals customized to ACG processes and policies.
• Manage support requests and queries for end users
• Present weekly updates on the overall progress to the Manager and fortnightly updates to Management

• Flair for numbers
• Process oriented individual with an ability to see how details can affect the larger outcome.
• Analytically inclined: Has to have strong analytical capabilities as he/she is required to analyze trends, data, and spreadsheets; a great deal of quantitative analysis is required.
• Detail-oriented: Involves a considerable amount of research and the interpretation of data.
• Strong Ethics and Discretion: Due to high confidential nature information must have high ethics standards and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information
• Should Possess an aptitude for compiling data and presenting in a structured & meaningful manner.
• Excellent, professional interpersonal communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Proficiency on MS Excel & MS PPT required
