Practical Experience:

• Proven experience in data compilation, analysis, and financial report preparation.
• Debt Planning:
• Expertise in debt planning with a track record of successful evaluation and raising.
• Communication and Presentation Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• MIS Reporting and MS Office:
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and advanced skills in MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collation and Organization:
• Assist the team lead in gathering and organizing financial data.
• Report Organization and Data Analysis:
• Structure data into accessible reports and perform thorough analysis to derive key business metrics.
• Financial Control Establishment:
• Implement financial controls across the business through budgeting and fund flow management.
• Monthly Cash Flow Management:
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly cash flow reports.
• Revenue Reconciliation:
• Develop and present revenue reconciliation statements.
• MIS Preparation and Presentation:
• Compile and present Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Debt Planning and Evaluation:
• Plan, evaluate, and raise debt as necessary for the organization.

• Budget Preparation and Adherence Tracking:
• Contribute to budget preparation and track adherence to financial plans.
• KPI Data Collation and Analysis:
• Gather and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.
• Team-wise P&L and Cash Flows:
• Prepare team-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and cash flow reports.
