Role Summary:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance the college/university’s visibility, reputation, and engagement with key stakeholders including students, parents, faculty, alumni, and the broader academic community.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with institutional goals and vision.

Manage and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints (online and offline).

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns for admissions, academic programs, and events.

Collaborate with internal departments (admissions, academics, placement, alumni relations) for cross-functional branding initiatives.

Lead digital marketing efforts including website, social media, and online reputation management.

Work closely with creative and media agencies to produce engaging content and collaterals.

Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Handle public relations, media communications, and crisis communication when necessary.

Organize and promote institutional events, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand value.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in education or service sectors.

Proven expertise in building and managing institutional or corporate brands.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and communication strategy.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Experience in handling agencies and vendors for creative and media buying.

Preferred Qualities:
Experience working with educational institutions or youth-focused brands.

Passion for education and an understanding of the higher education landscape in India.

Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
