Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy:
2. Copywriting:
○ LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, ShareChat, Moj etc
○ Write compelling email copy for CRM campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.customers.
○ Develop persuasive content for performance marketing ads that drive conversions.
○ Write clear and attractive product descriptions that resonate with the target audience.
○ Create SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and website content to increase organic traffic.
3. Content Creation & Management:
○ Collaborate with designers, video producers, CRM, Performance Marketing Team
and other stakeholders to create multimedia content.
○ Manage and update the company’s website content to ensure it remains relevant
and engaging.
○ Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
4. SEO & Website Management:
○ Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content
visibility.
○ Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings and drive
organic traffic.
○ Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
5. Growth Marketing Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the performance marketing, CRM and Growth teams to create
content that supports campaign objectives.
○ Analyze the effectiveness of content in driving traffic, engagement, and
conversions.
○ A/B test different content approaches to optimize performance.
6. Research & Trends:
○ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging
content formats.
○ Continuously refine content strategies to align with changing market dynamics
and audience preferences.
Qualifications:
● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role,
preferably in a startup environment.
● Industry: Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills:
○ Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on clarity and creativity.
○ Proficiency in SEO principles and content management systems (CMS).
○ Ability to write for various formats including blogs, social media, email, and web
content.
○ Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media
insights.
○ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
