Role and Responsibilities:
1. Develop, design, and sustain software applications utilizing the .NET framework.
2. Engage with business analysts and various stakeholders to comprehend user requirements,
translating them into technical specifications.
3. Craft clean, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
4. Execute unit testing and debugging procedures to uphold software quality standards.
5. Identify and resolve issues within existing software applications through troubleshooting.
6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product
managers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
7. Participate actively in Agile development methodologies, encompassing sprint planning, daily
stand-ups, and retrospectives.
8. Document software designs, technical specifications, and implementation details meticulously.
Skills (Must Have):
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated experience as a .NET Developer or Software Engineer.
3. Proficient in C# and the .NET framework.
4. Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
5. Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and other .NET technologies.
6. Knowledgeable in front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
7. Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity
Framework).
8. Familiarity with software development best practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
9. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
12. Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
