Role - Business Performance Analyst (Business Analyst)

Experience- 6 Months to 2 Yrs

Location- Bangalore - Work from Office

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the central Financial Planning and Analytics, Business intelligence, and special projects team.
  • Tracking daily sales activity (visits to orders ratio, repeat rate, new buyer conversions), sales efficiency and new market opportunity.
  • Participate in daily / weekly sales business calls, monthly reviews, and track revenue pipeline management for Business Unit
  • Identifying the right target customers for each product - detailed leads identification via research and leads disbursal to sales teams
  • Identifying market potential, market share of each allotted category / business unit
  • Data analytics for lead generation, lead pipeline management and sales performance analytics and tracking
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and dashboarding of key business performance metrics
  • Collate, crunch and analyse large data to conduct opportunity analysis, competitive benchmarking and strategic recommendations for new markets and new products
  • Conduct primary and secondary research about various manufacturing sector in India - industries, sub-industries and the MSME manufacturing space
  • Analyse and identify market trends via primary/ secondary research, interacting with various data sources/ government bodies and market visits - meeting relevant manufacturers

Qualification Expected

  • Work Experience: 6 months - 2 Years
  • Bachelors: Completed graduation (BE/ B.Tech/ BS/ Data science & IT/ BBA)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities expected:

  • Strong ability to acquire, analyse and manage data & information.
  • Confident in interpretation of data and analysis. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, SQL, (Python understanding will be a value add)
  • Inquisitiveness to learn new concepts related to cross-industry topics and flexibility to work across function, if required
  • Comfortable speaking to senior executives within client organisations
  • Self-starter with strong ability to work independently.
  • Excellent project management skills and meticulousness
  • Adept at creating compelling PowerPoint Presentations
  • Must possess good database and Internet research capabilities
