Role Overview:
The Broker Relationship Manager will be the single point of contact (POC) for all broker relationships. This role involves onboarding new brokers, building long-term partnerships, and driving buyer traffic and property acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills and be able to manage a high volume of on-field interactions.
Onboarding New Brokers: Identify, engage, and onboard brokers into Truva's Channel Partner network to drive property acquisitions and buyer interest.
Broker Relationship Management: Act as the single point of contact (POC) for all brokers, building strong, long-term partnerships.
Driving Buyer Traffic: Collaborate with brokers to source qualified buyers for Truva’s listed properties, maximizing sales opportunities.
Acquisition Focus: Encourage brokers to bring high-potential properties for Truva
Performance Monitoring: Track broker performance, ensuring they meet acquisition and sales targets, and provide actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
Training & Support: Conduct regular training sessions for brokers to ensure alignment with Truva’s processes, products, and systems.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and identify new opportunities for collaboration within the broker network.
Regular Meetings & Check-ins: Maintain frequent touchpoints with brokers to ensure consistent engagement and performance optimization.
Education:
Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
