Role: Associate Product Manager (Wealth Management)

Job Title:
Business Analyst/APM Wealth Management
As a member of the Product team, you will have the following responsibilities:
● Business Analysis:
○ Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
○ Conduct market research and industry analysis to evaluate emerging technologies, assess competitive landscape, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance wealth distribution services.
● Technical Support:
○ Provide frontline technical support to internal users and customers, diagnose and resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to appropriate IT teams for resolution.
○ Manage IT help desk tickets, prioritize support requests, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
● Solution Design and Implementation:
○ Design, test and implement technical solutions to address business challenges, streamline workflows, and optimize operational processes using a combination of off the shelf software, custom applications, and integrations.
○ Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance, follow through with regular monitoring of metrics and presentation to stakeholders
○ Ensure implementation plans match expectations.
● Documentation & Training:
○ Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer, improve user proficiency, and promote self service support.
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate would have:
● B.E/B.Tech and/or MBA;
● 2+ years of experience as
○ A business analyst/Product manager (Experience in Wealth management domain would be an added advantage)
○ Experience in collaborating with users and partners is preferred
● Strong communication & management skills
● Working knowledge of Excel/Google sheets
● A great attitude and calm demeanor
● Basic knowledge of APIs and SQL queries.
● Multitasking in a fast paced environment with customer obsessed and solution oriented approach
