Role Overview
At Truva, digital marketing is an important part of our customer acquisition strategy. We are looking for a Performance Marketing specialist to drive lead generation and maximize ROI through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns to attract both buyers and sellers in the resale real estate market. You will oversee budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and landing page optimization, ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven and continuously improving. Additionally, you will play a role in SEO initiatives to enhance visibility and organic reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute Paid Campaigns – Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms for lead generation.
- Optimize Performance & Budget Allocation – Track key metrics (CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate), and adjust strategies.
- Audience Targeting & Retargeting – Use Custom & Lookalike Audiences to reach the right buyers & sellers.
- Landing Page & Ad Optimization – Improve ad creatives, messaging, and society-specific pages for better conversions.
- Tracking, Analytics & SEO – Implement Pixel, Google Tag Manager, analyze performance, and oversee basic SEO strategies for better visibility.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation – Continuously test ad copies, creatives, and bidding strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in real estate or lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance trends, and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution models, and SEO fundamentals.
- A problem-solver with a growth mindset, able to adapt campaigns based on insights.
