About Business Process Group (BPG)

We are creating this group for a dedicated, called out purpose – Documentation, User manuals, knowledge audits & trainings. The BPG will be responsible for

a. Creating FRDs/BRDs/Flow Diagrams/Use cases/Test data/release documents – all requisite documentation for lifecycle of our proprietary applications – LPaaS Retail, LPaaS Banking, CX stack, Rewards, Poiink etc.

b. Responsible for maintenance/archiving/indexing of such documentation in-line with the development lifecycles for quick & immediate access.

c. Attend client meetings, creating implementation scope documents for all LPaaS implementations & interface with clients for signoffs.

d. Development of training guides, user manuals, knowledge base or wiki of all application stacks.

e. Conduct regular trainings & knowledge audits of our tech-opsresource.

f. Create SOPs documentation basis guidance from Reporting Managers/Vertical heads & maintain them.

g. Also, there is no dedicated team that does knowledge audits of our tech/ops resource, neither conducts trainings to tech/ops/KAM/Sales.


As a Business Analyst, you are going to join as a member of BPG.

You will be working under the guidance of Lead – BPG, alongside a team of other Business Analysts involved in capturing requirement definition of business processes of the enterprise technology & CRM proprietary SaaS platform “LPaaS” and help technology team implementing it for leading brands in India & globally. BPG, as detailed above will create & maintain the Knowledge Bank of Easyrewardz.


Responsibilities

 Analyze business processes, existing systems and requirements and propose functional design.

 As guided by the Lead – BPG, adopt the best practices to create, use cases specifications that can be understood by technologists for building software design and QA teams for purpose of test design, scenarios and creating traceability matrix

 Being part of product team, liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of SDLC to provide necessary support in understanding requirements

 Ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly during development by aligning with technology development/ LPaaS support team.

 PerformtheUAT/functionaltesting and assist the business/Opsteam for all kind of in-house product training

 Manage interaction with clients for effective engagement/communication of implementation plan to align stake holders internal & external to the organization.

 May need to travel (domestic/international) for long or short stays to spend time on client side as necessary


Technical Skills

 Visio/Balsamiq/Draw.io

 MS Office, MS Excel

 Hands on experience of collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows using standard tools

 MS SharePoint (preferable)

 JIRA


Preferred Candidate:

 Should have good understanding of agile and SDLC

 Should have technology product development background (preferable)

 Should be able to communicate his/her thoughts clearly enough

 Should be a go getter person
