Role - Azure Architect

We are looking for an experienced Azure Architect to join our team. The Azure Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Azure-based solutions to meet our organization's needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure services, infrastructure architecture, security best practices, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities :

• Design, architect, and implement Azure-based solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Lead the planning and execution of Azure migration projects, including assessing current infrastructure, designing migration strategies, and overseeing the implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop solutions that leverage Azure services effectively.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on Azure architecture, including compute, storage, networking, security, and governance.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions that integrate on-premises infrastructure with Azure services.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and best practices for Azure solutions.
• Evaluate new Azure features and services and provide recommendations on their adoption and implementation.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs, technical requirements, and constraints, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Mentor and train team members on Azure architecture principles, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience working as a solutions architect or similar role, with a focus on Azure.
• Deep understanding of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Security Center.
• Experience with Azure migration projects, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and re-architecting strategies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Experience designing highly available, scalable, and secure cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or PowerShell.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus.
