Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Drive the acquisition of HNI clients by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Bring in a strong client base by leveraging personal networks and previous experience.
- Assist clients with portfolio management and align offerings to their financial goals.
- IP Product Sales:
- Specialize in selling Investment Products (IP) such as Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Mutual Funds, Structured Products, and Bonds to HNI clients.
- Cross-sell a wide range of financial products, ensuring customized solutions for clients' financial needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional service to build long-term relationships.
- Provide continuous financial advice and assistance, ensuring timely communication about market trends and product offerings.
- Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and target prospective clients within the HNI segment.
- Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the client portfolio.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand the financial needs of clients and provide customized solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios.
- Added Advantage:
- Candidates with an existing client base in the HNI/UHNI segment.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and wealth management solutions.
