Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Retention:
  • Drive the acquisition of HNI clients by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Bring in a strong client base by leveraging personal networks and previous experience.
  • Assist clients with portfolio management and align offerings to their financial goals.
  • IP Product Sales:
  • Specialize in selling Investment Products (IP) such as Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Mutual Funds, Structured Products, and Bonds to HNI clients.
  • Cross-sell a wide range of financial products, ensuring customized solutions for clients' financial needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional service to build long-term relationships.
  • Provide continuous financial advice and assistance, ensuring timely communication about market trends and product offerings.
  • Business Development:
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and target prospective clients within the HNI segment.
  • Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the client portfolio.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand the financial needs of clients and provide customized solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios.
  • Added Advantage:
  • Candidates with an existing client base in the HNI/UHNI segment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and wealth management solutions.
