Job Description:
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Bangalore, India (HSR Layout)
Experience: 0-3 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday Week Off)
Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Identify, engage, and convert leads into active clients by effectively presenting and demonstrating our products/services.
Client Demos: Conduct in-person and virtual product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
Field Work: Engage in on-the-ground business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by successfully converting leads into paying clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
Follow-up: Proactively follow up on all leads and inquiries, ensuring timely communication and action.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of converting leads into active clients.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong presentation and demo skills, with the ability to clearly communicate product value.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Work Requirements: Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with Tuesday as a day off.
