Event Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution
● Plan, organize, and execute micro-events (dinners, networking meetups, conference
booths).
● Support pre-event outreach and post-event lead nurturing with the sales and
marketing teams.
● Manage logistics, vendor contracts, giveaways, venue coordination, and on-site
execution.
● Ensure smooth check-ins, guest engagement, and on-site branding.
Outbound & Lead Generation
● Work with marketing to run targeted cold email campaigns pre/post events.
● Manage follow-ups and qualify leads generated from events and conferences.
● Collaborate with SDRs and founders to align outreach with sales goals.
Vendor & Relationship Management
● Coordinate with event organizers, media partners, and vendors.
● Negotiate for booths, tables, signage, and joint promotions.
● Track all budgets, invoices, and ROI from event spend.
Analytics & Feedback
● Use CRM and event tech tools to track attendee behavior and event impact.
● Analyze lead quality and report on the success of campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
● 1–2 years of experience in business development, event marketing, or sales support
roles.
● Prior experience in cold calling, email campaigns, or CRM tools is a plus.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
● Excellent communication and hustle to follow up with leads, vendors, and internal
teams.
● Comfortable working US time zone .
● Fast learner, self-starter, and not afraid to roll up sleeves.
