    Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

    Location: Gurgaon (Rider House, plot no. 136, 4th floor, Sector-44, Gurgaon, 122011)

    Experience: 4-7 years in backend development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in MySQL.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, MySQL, and React.js.
    • Implement robust and secure backend services, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
    • Optimize databases and applications to handle large-scale data transactions efficiently.
    • Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring compliance with software development best practices.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize new features.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
    • Maintain and enhance software versioning using tools like Git.

    Advanced Proficiency Requirements

    • Node.js: Expertise in building scalable and efficient backend services.
    • React.js: Proven experience in creating interactive and dynamic front-end user interfaces.
    • MySQL: Advanced understanding of database design, queries, optimization, and administration.

    Technical Skills

    1. Software Development Best Practices:

      • Strong knowledge of coding standards and design principles.
      • Experience in performing code reviews and managing source control systems.
      • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
    2. Database Expertise:

      • Advanced proficiency in MySQL.
      • Bonus: Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Elastic Search, and GraphQL.
    3. Programming Skills:

      • Solid understanding of OOPs concepts, logic building, and JavaScript.
