Job Description – Digital Marketing Sales Manager

Location: Gurugram, Mumbai
Experience Required: 3-5 years

Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients through networking & prospecting.
Marketing Strategy: Understand how to build marketing strategies that drive brand growth. Creativity is welcome!
Solution Selling: Deliver compelling sales presentations that align with client needs.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, stay updated on digital trends, and share knowledge.
Account Management: Develop & maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat & upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed revenue goals consistently – "Yeh Dil Maange More!"

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in Digital Marketing Sales / Ad Sales / Media Sales.
Strong understanding of marketing trends, digital media, and advertising strategies.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills – ability to convince and close deals.
Self-driven with a track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets.
Strong data discipline – ability to maintain lead pipelines, meeting records, proposals, and reports.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but experience matters more!).
