Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and result -oriented Digital and Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels and scaling growth initiatives to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to align growth strategies with business goals - driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email and other digital platforms. Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Optimize website and landing pages for conversions using A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices.
- Lead SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement robust SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, and secure top rankings on search results.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track, measure, and report key growth metrics. Conduct cohort analysis, customer segmentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role in SaaS, technology, or a startup environment.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (PPC, Paid,social, email, and content marketing).
- Strong knowledge of analytics and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and workflows.
