Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the SEO strategy for Olyv
2. Develop SEO best practice for websites, spearhead discussions with internal stakeholders, ensure progress and performance is reported regularly
3. Stay up to date with the latest SEO industry and news
4. Own organic traffic targets and its business impact
5. Do keyword research, create monthly blog/content plans and ensure to completion
6. Reporting, analyses and execution for paid marketing channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.

Qualifications:
● Experience: 3+ years of non-internship experience in SEO, either on the agency or brand side. Paid marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
● Industry: Experience in the fintech domain is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills:
● Experience auditing on-site and off-site SEO factors to create effective SEO strategies
● Have both frontend and technical SEO knowledge
● Analytical mindset, thorough understanding of data and skilled at Excel
● Expert in using tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
● Previous hands-on experience in CMSes like Wordpress
● Knowledge of HTML/Web Coding
● Self motivated, comfortable in stakeholder management
