Roles and Responsibilities below:-
• Day-to-day Facility Management of offices Regular handling of facility management of offices of TN includes HK, SG, RB and OB Management for all entities, timely dispatch and delivery of couriers, printing stationery, AMCs etc.
• Vendor payment and Rental payment Timely payment of Vendors and Premises Rental. Resolutions of vendor queries on pendency and taxations etc.
• Office Infrastructure and Repair and Maintenance Office Infrastructure, New office setup, relocation, closure, recovery of SD amount for all entities.
• Travelling across Tamil Nadu office
• Cost Optimization Cost optimization - reduction in regular FM costs such as electricity, courier, printing stationery etc.
• Coordination with other verticals Coordination with Finance, IT and HR for several admin related activities and smooth execution of the same
• Finance - vendor payment, taxation queries, other audit related activities
• HR - timely completion onboarding and separation activities both offline and online
• IT - coordination with IT for any hardware or Leased Line related queries

These services are developed in different programming languages as we pick up the best language to solve a problem. Our infrastructure is developed using IAAC where the DevOps team uses CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, AWS-CDK to create and maintain the infrastructure.
