The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development, proficiency in Kotlin, Java, SQL, and a solid understanding of various frameworks, architectures, libraries, and integrations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobile App Development: Design and develop native Android applications using Kotlin and Java to deliver high-quality, user-friendly experiences.
2. Frameworks and Architectures: Implement and work with various frameworks and architectures such as RIBs, Kotlin Multiplatform, Spek, MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture, etc.
3. Libraries and Tools: Utilize libraries and tools like Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava, Dagger2, Ktor, Jetpack, etc., to enhance the functionality and maintainability of the codebase.
4. Integrations: Integrate third-party services and APIs, including AWS services, Payment Gateways (e.g., Razorpay), Google Maps, Firebase, etc., to enhance app features and functionality.
5. Database Management: Implement and manage databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
6. Code Quality: Follow best practices for code quality, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the improvement of coding standards.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless and cohesive solutions.
8. Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and contribute to the development of automated test suites to ensure the reliability of the code.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in mobile application development, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience (3-5 years) in Android application development.
3. Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and SQL.
4. Experience with frameworks such as RIBs, Kotlin Multiplatform, Spek, and various architectures (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture).
5. Familiarity with libraries and tools including Kotlin Coroutines, RxJava, Dagger2, Ktor, Jetpack, etc.
6. Strong understanding of integrations with AWS services, Payment Gateways, Google Maps, Firebase, etc.
7. Database management skills, ensuring data integrity and performance.
8. Solid understanding of mobile app development best practices.
9. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

1.Once the ID in ATS is created, your team has to upload the profiles in our ATS only and notify the list of the profiles shared in the ATS. (You have to mention the candidate about Recro and the interview process).

3. Hackereath Qualifieds will be taken forward for Tech interview and those who qualify tech round will be taken forward for the Client rounds.
