Role - Sales Account Manager

Experience - 3-7 Yrs

Location - Bangalore (Work from Office )

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
  • Manage accounts from mid-level and ensure closure (No post-onboarding work, as another team handles that, but occasional interaction with candidates as the initial contact may be necessary)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, C-level executives, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with business goals.
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiation processes to close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Requirements :

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, with a focus on large accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and experience in managing long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior-level executives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tools to manage pipeline and track progress.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Facilitate client closure
