Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  2. Screening and Interviewing:

    • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  3. Candidate Management:

    • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
    • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
    • Post offer engagements with candidates till onboarding
  4. Collaboration and Relationship Building:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and expectations.
  5. HR Generalist Activities:
    • Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
    • Help in organizing employee engagement initiatives like monthly fun at work, sports day, central level engagement activities
    • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Desired candidates should have:

  • MBA with relevant technical recruitment experience
  • 3 -5 years experience in recruitment
  • Handson experience with job portals and closing positions through referrals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Values : Self starter, Extreme Ownership and Very open to feedback
  • Willing to work from office 2 days a week (Hybrid Model)
