Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and hands-on experience in managing and analyzing large datasets. You will be responsible for analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex data analysis, and create detailed reports and visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using Python and PySpark.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and provide data-driven insights and solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis and reporting process.
  • Assist in creating predictive models and identifying trends and patterns within the data.
  • Automate repetitive data tasks and optimize existing workflows using programming and data tools.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PySpark for big data processing.
  • Expertise in working with large, complex datasets and transforming them into meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, and experience in querying large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Excellent understanding of data wrangling, data cleaning, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
