About the Role
Content is a crucial part of our marketing strategy. Our content team of course owns growth of organic search traffic and leads; but also works to educate our customers and audience, and establish ourselves as a thought leader in our domain. We’ve established a strong presence with our content over the years, but now is the time to take our content creation to another level. At the same time, our category is evolving, and seeing a convergence in capability across Digital Asset Management and Asset Optimization and Delivery, which in turn evolves our Content Marketing Priorities.

Job responsibilities

1. Edit and publish all content created - blogs, case studies, decks, and other collaterals.
2. Create or assist in content creation, either internally or with external content writers,
based on the company’s content marketing goals to maintain a healthy content pipeline.
3. Own content creation and distribution metrics.
4. Support in experimentation, maturity and scaling new content formats and channels
5. Re-purpose and publish existing content to other platforms like dev.to, Quora, Medium,
LinkedIn Articles, etc.
6. Update existing content as the product evolves.

Must have requirements

1. Exceptional written and verbal communication in English. You know how to find that balance between conversational, yet professional and erudite writing that underpins top-tier content.
2. Excellent editing skills to maintain the tone and style of writing across all content produced in ImageKit.
3. Demonstrated exposure in building a multi-channel, multi-channel content strategy. Our content strategy is much more than blogging, and we need people who are able to both plan and execute content creation and distribution across a variety of formats and channels.
4. Skilled at translating product features to consumable content pieces
5. Comfortable with repurposing and comfortable with driving repurposing and redistribution of existing content.
6. Prior experience with a technically proficient audience, some understanding and willingness to pick up the more technical aspects our domain, and bring that into our content marketing.

Nice-to-Haves:
1. Understanding of the B2B content funnel and on-page and off-page SEO
2. Content creation for a Large Company / Enterprise Audience
3. Thought Leadership content creation experience.
4. 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content teams is preferred
5. Are self-driven and comfortable working remotely
6. An enthusiasm for AI and their applications in Content Marketing. Love it, hate it, can’t ignore it
