Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer success for our learning platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to align our solutions effectively.
- Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Master-O's learning solutions.
- Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve customer growth.
- Product Expertise and Demonstration
- Understand the features and benefits of Master-O’s learning platform.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaboration and Strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and support) to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Provide feedback to the product team to improve the platform based on customer insights.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report account performance, sales activities, and key metrics.
- Use CRM tools to maintain detailed records of interactions and progress.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in account management, sales, or a related role in the SaaS, ed-tech, or learning platform industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
