Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer success for our learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to align our solutions effectively.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth

    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Master-O's learning solutions.
    • Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Develop and execute account plans to achieve customer growth.
  3. Product Expertise and Demonstration

    • Understand the features and benefits of Master-O’s learning platform.
    • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  4. Collaboration and Strategy

    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and support) to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
    • Provide feedback to the product team to improve the platform based on customer insights.
  5. Reporting and Analysis

    • Track and report account performance, sales activities, and key metrics.
    • Use CRM tools to maintain detailed records of interactions and progress.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in account management, sales, or a related role in the SaaS, ed-tech, or learning platform industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
