Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Project Management Trainer with a strong educational background and extensive industry experience in project management. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the PMI Framework and be capable of delivering effective training to aspiring project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Develop and update training curriculum for project management courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices, especially the PMI Framework.
2. Deliver Training Programs: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on project management for students at various skill levels.
3. Certifications and Professional Courses: Guide and prepare students for industry-recognized certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP). Ensure that students are well-prepared for success.
4. Training Assessment: Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical projects to measure their proficiency in project management.
5. Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to students, assisting them in enhancing their project management skills and employability.
6. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in project management and related methodologies to ensure the training materials remain current.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. Trained project management candidates with strong foundational PMI Framework knowledge and 10+ years of industry experience will be preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate training experience.
• 5+ years of work/training experience in Project Management, preferably with a deep understanding of the PMI Framework.
• Additional certifications in Project Management and Professional Courses in Project Management.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Availability for training sessions.
• Excellent knowledge of virtual training tools used in the market.
