Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, deploying, and maintaining complex applications. As a
Tech Lead, you will guide a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of
high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and
deliverables.
• Architect and implement scalable, robust, and secure application solutions.
• Ensure code quality, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and
maintenance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in application development.
• Proficiency in [programming languages and technologies relevant to your stack, e.g., Java, Kotlin,
Swift/Objective-c, Flutter, etc.].
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance
environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
