He / She should have Min 2 Years’ experience in handling MFD / IFA / any Financial Products.

Primary Role:

Recruitment:

  1. Generating Leads for Financial Product Distributor

  2. Coordinating / Conducting Business Opportunity Session to upcoming / Existing FPDs

  3. Assisting new FPDs to clear NISM Exams

Business Development:

  • Providing Trainings to Partners on Product availability

  • Preparing Business Development Plans for partners and training them to achieve via Joint Calls, Conducting Client Meeting, Asset Allocation with Product Diversification

  • Establishing Strong relationship with Partners, IFA in the assigned geography and providing right communication on Products, Solutions, and services, which helps on their business growth.

  • Providing right information and Coordinating / Conducting regular Partner Meetings to enable their knowledge.
