    OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

    1.Once the ID in ATS is created, your team has to upload the profiles in our ATS only and notify the list of the profiles shared in the ATS. (You have to mention the candidate about Recro and the interview process).

    2. Our team will take these profiles ahead and send those candidates a hackerearth test.

    3. Hackereath Qualifieds will be taken forward for Tech interview and those who qualify tech round will be taken forward for the Client rounds.

    Skill: Must-Have React Native, React JS and Redux.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
    • Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
    • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
    • Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes.
    • Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
    • Work on existing React Native apps and help in transitioning them to React web apps.
    • Should be able to take initiatives and ownership and build the dashboard from scratch.

    Requirements

    • B.Tech/B.E. or related technical discipline with 2+ years of experience in following Technology and programming methodology.
    • Must have: Experience in React Native, React JS and Redux.
    • Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming.
    • Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code.
    • Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
    • Familiarity with native build tools like X Code and Android Studio, along with a basic understanding of Cocoapods, Gradle and NPM.
    • Understanding of REST APIs and offline storage .
