Role: SAP Analytics Cloud Developer / Dashboard Designer

Position Summary:We are seeking a talented SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer to lead the development and delivery of insightful reports and data visualizations that will drive strategic decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing models and dashboards within SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring that business objectives are met with clarity and accuracy.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and align on objectives to create meaningful insights.
- Design and build interactive, dynamic SAC reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into key business performance metrics.
- Work with business analysts and data engineers to source, prepare, and analyze data from platforms such as SAP HANA, BW, S/4HANA, and other external systems.
- Implement and maintain best practices for SAC reporting, focusing on data integrity, consistency, and ease of use.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on how to interact with SAC dashboards and reports effectively.
- Stay current with SAP Analytics Cloud enhancements and recommend improvements or new features to optimize reporting efficiency.
Skill Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) front-end development.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to create impactful, user-friendly dashboards.
- Proficient in data modeling, visualization, and designing SAC dashboards for business-critical KPIs.
- Experience with SAC data connectivity and integrating various data sources, including SAP HANA, SQL databases, and other platforms.
- Ability to optimize data at the source level, perform smart data searches, and filter data efficiently.
- Good communicator, ideally with the ability to present ideas or solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audience.
- Good to have: Other business intelligence tools (SAP BOBJ, Tableau, PowerBI, SAP HANA, BW, S/4HANA etc.);
- Good to have: Proficient in SAC scripting and advanced analytics capabilities.
- Familiar with HCSM system is a plus.
