Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement microservices-based applications using Java 8 and the Spring framework.
- Develop efficient and high-quality code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
- Optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Integrate various ORM technologies (such as Hibernate, JPA, or similar) to facilitate data persistence and retrieval.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the applications through proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, both during development and in production environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8 features and functionalities.
- Extensive experience with building microservices using Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, JPA, or similar.
- Proficiency in working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architecture is an advantage.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and meeting quality standards.
