Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven and versatile Sales Lead to spearhead our SEA Sales
efforts from our Noida HQ. This individual contributor (IC) role will be accountable for
net new business development opportunities, working in close collaboration with our
Head of Business Development and senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will be adept at nurturing relationships with prospects, driving
conversations to closure, and handling the end-to-end sales cycle. This is a unique
opportunity to be part of Lumiq’s growing footprint in North America, enabling the
company to build and sustain a strong pipeline while providing comprehensive support
to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales in the SEA Market:
• Spearhead and support ongoing discussions with prospective clients by managing
follow-ups, communication, and negotiations.
• Engage with current prospects, maintaining regularinteractions to move
opportunities forward.
Accounts Business Development:
• Drive net new business development, proactively identifying and pursuing new
leads.
Collaborate with Leadership:
• Work closely with the Head of Business Development and leadership teams to
strategize and execute sales initiatives.
• Be the central point of coordination for SEA sales from Noida HQ, ensuring
all opportunities are followed through to closure.
End-to-End Sales Management:
• Own the sales cycle for designated clients, from initial outreach to closure, with
minimal supervision.
• Provide timely updates, reports, and forecasts on sales activities and progress.
Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• A minimum of 2 years working with clients in the North America region is essential.
• Basic understanding of the Data C AI space and how it applies to client needs (Not
Mandatory)

• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple client relationships and tasks

from India.
