Job Title: Pre-Construction Coordinator
Location: Remote Working
We are seeking a proactive Pre-Construction Coordinator to manage the seamless submission and tracking of
applications and essential documents, ensuring meticulous document control and upkeep of electronic
folders. The core responsibilities of this role encompass:
• Facilitating applications for Electric, Gas, and Water Point of Connections (POC & CSEP) with network
operators and Asset Values (AV) post-review by estimators for key information identification.
• Monitoring, recording, and expediting the entire process, including New
Enquiries/Requotes/Revalidations and Expiries within specified timelines.
• Maintaining electronic folders and initiating purchase orders for switchgear as per instructions from
Designers and Project Managers within strict timeframes.
• Assisting the design team in processing offer acceptances, customer communication for vital
documentation acquisition, and ensuring timely task execution, tracking, and follow-up within set
deadlines.
• Establishing consistent communication and coordination with Tender Engineers/Designers and
external entities.
• Ensuring prompt submission of all relevant correspondence to the appropriate points of contact.
• Supporting Department Manager and Directors with administrative requirements as needed.
• Contributing to ongoing business process improvement initiatives within the team.
Qualifications / Experience:
• Previous administration and/or document control experience in a technical or highly regulated
environment is preferred.
• Prior experience in the utility sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
