What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced telesales Lead to head up our growing telesales team. As a telesales Lead, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new telesales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer complaints.

To ensure success as a telesales Lead, you should have experience with telesales, advanced team-handling skills, and the ability to multitask.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • ● Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company
  • ● Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of products
  • ● Analyzing customer’s requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
  • ● Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
  • ● Skilled and should be ready to handle escalations based on customer requests.
  • ● Experience with CRM or equivalent systems
  • ● Manage team performance, related to the assigned process.
  • ● Handle team issues, manage Roster and keep attrition under control.
  • ● To ensure all members of the team are fully informed of targets and current sales positions
  • ● To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.
  • ● To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales
    performance of the team.
  • ● Good in Analytics and strategies.
  • ● To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.

  • ● Should be Experience in telesales
