Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java Spring Microservices solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and implement solutions tailored to banking projects.
3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to maintain the quality and integrity of the software.
5. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance existing systems and processes.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
7. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with a focus on Spring Microservices.
3. Proven track record of architecting and implementing solutions for banking projects, including knowledge of banking domain concepts and regulations.
4. Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
5. Strong proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
