Role:
Lending:
As a Product Manager for Lending at Incred with prior experience in the lending industry, you will leverage your expertise to drive the development and enhancement of our lending products. You will be instrumental in translating market insights, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback into actionable product strategies that deliver value and drive growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the execution of product initiatives, ensuring that our lending offerings remain at the forefront of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Collections
As a Product Manager for Collections, you will be a key player in defining and
executing the strategy for our collections products. This role requires a strategic
thinker with a deep understanding of product processes and a passion for delivering
innovative solutions that meet both customer and business needs. Your responsibilities
involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Collections, Risk
Analytics, Engineering, Design, and Customer support, to ensure the successful
delivery of our collections product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
● Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with
overall business objectives in the collections domain.
● Gather insights from various teams to shape a holistic approach to our
collections product strategy.
Roadmap Development:
● Create and maintain a detailed collections product roadmap that aligns with
business goals and addresses user needs.
● Incorporate input from relevant stakeholders to enrich and prioritize the
collections product roadmap effectively.
Feature Definition and Prioritization:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features
based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business impact.
● Act as an equal thought partner in defining solutions to user problems.
● Clearly communicate feature requirements through detailed user stories and
specifications.
Build vs Buy Strategy:
● Evaluate external tools and technologies for collections, making informed
decisions on whether to build certain features in-house or acquire them through
external solutions.
Development Collaboration:
● Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful and timely
delivery of collections product features.
● Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders in the
collections domain, translating business requirements into technical
specifications.
Performance Monitoring:
● Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to collections products and
regularly monitor and analyze their performance.
● Collaborate with relevant teams in the collections domain to gather insights for
continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
● Effectively communicate collections product updates, changes, and milestones
to internal and external stakeholders.
● Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to collections products.
Regulatory Compliance:
● Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the
collections industry, with a particular focus on data security.
● Ensure collaboration with teams in the collections domain to adhere to legal and
regulatory standards, working closely with Infosec (Information Security) teams
to implement robust data security measures.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a
plus.
● Proven experience as a Product Manager. Experience in building products for
Collections is a plus
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
● Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
