What you will be doing:
● Minimum 3 years of experience.
● Core Lending Sales (Business Loans), Team handling, Market Expansion, Business development, preferably from
Finance/Lending/DSA/fintech backgrounds.
● Expertise in B2B Sales.
● Inclusive and collaborative - driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
● Strong business relationship management and solution development skills.
● Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills.
● Have deep knowledge and expertise of the businesses in the geography to drive acquisition and renewals in the defined
territory.
● Should be Target Oriented, Assertive, Focused, Honest & Hard-working.
● Good Analytical, Interpersonal & Presentation Skills.
