Embedded Software is rapidly growing in all industries including Automotive, Avionics, Data Centers, etc. At Vayavya, we develop software for Automotive, EDA, Semiconductors, and Networking while acquiring numerous patents covering EDA/ESL, Embedded SW, and SW Automation domains.

We are looking for engineers who have experience in developing firmware and embedded software.

Job Description:

The role of the technical lead:

• Technical project delivery: Quality, Cost & Delivery
• Hands on experience in programming (C or C++)
• Software estimation of work products & negotiation with customers
• Project Management activities like scheduling, resource loading & load forecast
• Managed services (KPI’s, review, effective utilization & QA)
• Working knowledge of a High Level Operating System(Linux/Windows) kernel
• Understanding and hands on experience with some of protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, UART, Flexray, Ethernet etc
• Lead a team of 5-7?Embedded Software Engineers
• Ensure 100% Output from each team member??
• Plan competence training & skilling of team

SkillsRequired :

• 5+ years’ experience in the Embedded and/or Automotive Industry
• Build team & skills to match project needs

• Managed services (KPI’s, review, effective utilization & QA)
• Experienced on CMMI-level 3(min.), Root Cause Analysis & ISO 27001 processes
• Customer engagement & satisfaction

Good to Have:

Hands on experience in few of the following

• Worked on Linux kernel drivers
• RTOS, FreeRTOS , QNX , LINUX & Hyper wiser
• Understanding of hardware
• UDS Protocols, BSP, Bootloader and MCAL
• Enterprise Architect, DOORS
• SW IDE Lauterbach, PLS GHS & IAR
