Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with deep expertise in .NET Core, React, and Microservices architecture to lead the design and development of robust, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building systems from the ground up, driving architectural decisions, and providing technical leadership across teams. This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai (Andheri / Saki Naka).

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise applications using .NET Core and React.

• Define the technical roadmap, development standards, and best practices for application architecture and implementation.

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle—from concept to deployment—on greenfield projects.

• Design and implement Microservices-based solutions that integrate seamlessly with distributed systems.

• Guide teams on core design patterns, performance optimization, and scalable system structures.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Review code and ensure adherence to architectural principles and clean coding standards.

• Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 12+ years of total software development experience with a strong foundation in system design.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core development.

• Strong experience with React.js and building modern front-end interfaces.

• Proven experience architecting and delivering Microservices solutions in real-world projects.

• Ability to design and implement systems from scratch (Greenfield development experience).

• Proficient in design patterns, architecture styles, and system scalability techniques.

• Experience with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (Azure/AWS) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Work Model:

• Hybrid – 2–3 days in office (Andheri / Saki Naka), remaining remote.
