Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP - Tech Lead to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, and team management. This role will be responsible for leading technical projects, mentoring teams, and driving technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and project timelines.
  • Architect and implement enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive team performance by setting clear goals, offering guidance, and providing performance feedback.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize application performance.
  • Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to current processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and MVC.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in database management and query optimization.
