Role: Finance Manager

Experience - 6+ Years

Location - Mumbai , Andheri East (Hybrid)

Role Responsibilities:

• Work on customer-related aspects of the company’s finances.
• Streamline and remove roadblocks in client agreements, work orders, purchase orders, invoice acceptances, collections, and other client related aspects.
• Work closely with other functions such as sales, delivery, and product, to ensure finance KRAs and KPIs are met.
• Maintain MIS dashboards consistently and report to Management and Investors.
• Ensure legal compliance with clients and government stakeholders is done on time. ● Take end to end responsibility for all accounts & finance related matters ● Maintain all company related accounts using Tally
• Look after invoicing, collections follow-up, employee salaries and vendor payments ● Look after TDS and GST reporting and reconciliation
• Follow up with CA firm engaged by enParadigm to ensure on-time filing of all returns and regulatory compliances
• Follow up with other functions for day to day matters

Candidate requirement:

● Education: MBA Finance degree / CA Inter / M Com

● Experience: Minimum 6+ years of work experience.

● Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri East). 3 to 4 days working from office (Hybrid)

● Skill Set: Excellent English oral and written communication skills, Hands-on knowledge of Tally, Hands-on knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs, High on attention to detail, assertiveness, ownership, and agility.
