Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Data/Business Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics to join our team. In this role, you will analyze marketing data, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to drive growth and optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, web analytics) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and more.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation, and cohort analysis, to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast marketing outcomes and guide budget allocation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that insights are clearly communicated and actionable.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in marketing analytics to continually improve the analytics function.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role, preferably in marketing analytics in Pharma and Healthcare Domain .
  • Knowledge about Omnichannel marketing , Segmentation or Targeting ,Website/web analytics or Digital Marketing
    Patient/HCP engagement analysis ,Marketing mix , Consumer insights or market research.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
