Workday Developer (Configuration)

The Workday Developer (Configuration) will work with IT HR Systems to support HR, Finance,

and other business teams.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Solution development - Configure changes & enhancements in Workday

2. Supporting UAT & regression testing, as needed

3. Migrate objects/solutions between tenants

4. Documentation Support

The position will support Workday Configurations primarily in Workday HCM and in at least

three of the following areas – Absence, Benefits, Performance, Time Tracking, and Talent.

Experience and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technology field

 2-5 years’ Workday experience with medium to large enterprise organizations

 Extensive knowledge of HCM and Core Compensation including configuring/ enabling

features, business processes, job profiles, position and organization management,

custom objects, calculated fields, questionnaires, letters, validation and condition rules,

security, and tenant setup.

 Proficient knowledge of advanced reporting is preferred

 Additional knowledge is preferred in at least three of the following areas: Absence,

Benefits, Talent, and Time Tracking

 Operational knowledge of the HR or Payroll processes would be preferable.

 Knowledge of project/case management tools like JIRA, is preferred
