Role: ReactJS Developer

Experience Level: 4+ years

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product
managers, to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement UI components and libraries, ensuring consistent and reusable code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the front- end development process.
• Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
• At least 4 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
• Proven expertise in React.js and its core principles.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
