Role Overview:
As the AVP – Partnerships & Strategic Account Management, you will own and grow key client relationships and partnerships that are critical to Easebuzz’s ecosystem. You’ll focus on farming existing high-value accounts, nurturing strategic alliances, and building scalable channel partnerships to unlock new revenue streams and deepen our market penetration.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the fintech/payments landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Farming & Growth:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and enhanced product adoption.
• Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients’ business goals.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align product value with customer success and ROI.
Strategic Partnerships:
• Identify, onboard, and manage ecosystem partners, technology integrators, and solution enablers.
• Co-create joint GTM strategies with partners to drive mutual growth.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to launch partnership-driven campaigns and solutions.
• Ensure continuous engagement, enablement, and alignment between Easebuzz and partner organizations.
Channel Partnership Development:
• Establish and scale new channel sales networks including resellers, aggregators, and system integrators.
• Create incentive structures and partner success frameworks to ensure consistent performance.
• Own relationship management, training, and support for channel partners to drive revenue and activation metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, or channel sales—preferably in fintech, SaaS, digital payments, or API platforms. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability to drive business conversations and outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in managing senior stakeholders and building long-term B2B relationships.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, sales, tech).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• MBA or PGDM from a reputed institution is preferred.
